Tapas Mandal is the founder of RnT Designs and has over 16 years of experience. Having graduated from BIT Mesra Ranchi and receiver of Institute Gold medal, Tapas started his Architectural career under the tutelage of internationally recognized Architectural firm, Morphogenesis. He is expertise in design and execution of a diverse range of offices, commercial, institutional, high end residential, offices, interiors, master planning and Mixed-use projects.
Working across a diverse canvas ranging from architecture to urban, Tapas passionately believes in “form follows function” and his design making process strongly corresponds to the functionality of the building without compromising on the aesthetics. He believes that holistic and integrated design approach ensures integration of the thoughts and detailing into design development and execution.
Prior to founding RnT Designs, Tapas was Studio Head Architect at Team3 and was responsible for design and execution of major projects like Risland Sky Mansion Housing (Chatarpur, Delhi), AIPL Dreamcity Nxt Master Plan (Amritsar), AIPL
AIPL Joy Central (Gurugram), Ansal Amantre Housing (Gurugram), Interiors for Harley Davidson RSO (Gurugram), Banquet Interiors for Crown Plaza Kathmandu (Nepal), Residence in New Rajendra Nagar (Delhi) etc.
Other than architecture Tapas is an artist, graphic designer & photographer. He loves putting down the daily struggles, situation and happenings on paper in an interesting way.

Rashmi is a Senior Architect and has more than 16 years of experience with work tenure of around 8 years in Morphogenesis; however, what she does is mentor, build teams and foster relationships. She loves what she do and enjoy sharing it with others. A spark occurs when individuals with a passion for what they do get together. The result is always a better design, a fun time, and a great project. And she wants to enjoy the work. She believes that sustainable design can help solve some of our biggest challenges, namely global warming and resource scarcity. She is a member of Indian Green Building Council and IGBC Accredited Professional and guides her client about the benefits of Green building to promote the sustainable design and save energy.
She is committed to making buildings of understated dignity, expressed through the play of light upon the natural beauty of materials. She believes that buildings are best when they express their purpose and interact sympathetically with their surroundings. Rashmi is also a trained and passionate singer and architecture is like music for her
