The proposed Farm house site is located at Ansal villas Satbari at Chattarpur road in south Delhi. The residence was to be designed for a family of two generations with their respective ideology and thinking on livability and house design. It was decided to build the house around a central landscape courtyard and the building mass in such a way that every part of the house is connected with outdoor.

The house accommodates the spaces for family and social interaction, as well as the rooms of the second generation. The volume is adjusted to carefully protect the view of the surrounding landscape, in this position.

The house has a segregated entrance foyer that connects the two floors. Ground floor has guest and public areas and parents bedroom that opens into their private lawn. While the upper floor of the house accommodate the rooms for the two sons. All the different living spaces are all facing the terrace. They are all open to the sun, to the porch, to the terrace, and to the landscape.
