The proposed Group Housing site is located at Chandanhaula in south Delhi, on the Main Chattarpur Road. Chandanhaula is situated in the fascinating surroundings of the historical Mehrauli Area of South Delhi. The overall dimensions of the site are approximately 221m x 57m, with the long sides orienting north and south, in which approximate area of 57x42m is not part buildable site area.

The building takes the shape of an elongated rectangular block owing to the shape of the site. The design essentially consists of one single large tower comprising the 3BHK & 4 BHK units. 2 4bhk apartments sha shares a lobby whereas 3 3BHK apartments shares the lobby on any floor. Each apartment gets a main entrance and a service entry. Within the apartment, most of the bedrooms are placed facing south to get good quality winter sun and the living rooms are oriented north. And open on to 2m wide balconies.

The terrace of podium has been used to provide community facilities. They have been designed in the form of recreational, social and health/exercise areas for all age groups.
