The proposed Hotel building is located on the ring road, Greater Kailash, New Delhi. The project is refurbishment of existing hotel building including façade design, few internal design changes and interiors.

The client's brief was to use the existing building profile and plan but redesign the façade and interior to be simple but classy. Since the building is clearly visible from the main road, the design had to be remarkable without touching mush of the structures. The façade is a play of green, wood and texture with tapered balcony adding mass to the building.
